Amuro Namie was a regular participant of Pop Jam in 1993-1994 as a member of the vocal dance unit “PJ: G” along with her SUPER MONKEY’S co-members and other young aspiring performers. They gave dance performances during the program and introduced the artists.

The dance unit was active between April 1993 and September 1994. Its name formerly referred to “Pop Jam: Girls”, even though male members joined later.
