mayumi (Otsuki Mayumi) is a dancer, pole dancer and choreographer who worked with Amuro Namie in 2003-2004.

Her other collaborations include Shimatani Hitomi, KREVA, KinKi Kids, AKB48, Higashiyama Noryuki, Domoto Koichi, KAT-TUN, Takizawa Hideaki, Takey & Tsubasa.

In September 2018, she dedicated a long message to Amuro Namie on Instagram. She remembered how Amuro Namie with SUPER MONKEY’S caught her attention at an early age. She would copy them and sing their songs at karaoke while being amazed by their capacity to sing and dance at the same time. She decided that she wanted to become Amuro’s backup dancer and finally was chosen during an audition in 2003. She then followed the artist on TV show and even till South Korea. She said that she would continue to be thankful to Amuro Namie and respect her because she wouldn’t be the person she is today without her. She finally wished her happiness and freedom in her future life.
