Carlos Rios is an American guitarist who belongs to the band Novo Combo and has collaborated with many international artists. He was part of Amuro Namie’s band and participated to all tours between 1997 and 2001.

His collaborations include Madonna, Earth Wind and Fire, Fletwood Mac, Lionel Richie, Herbie Hancock, Diana Ross, GinoVanelli, Alessi Brothers, Heb Alpert, Manolo Badrena, Boz Scaggs, Larry Carlton, Syreeta, Stevie Nicks, Cher, Stephanie Mills, Jennifer Holliday, Yellowjackets, Watanabe Sadao, Chet Atkins, Sheila E., Paulinho Da Costa, James Ingram, Oscar Alemán and many others.
