“Tempest”, the period drama featuring Namie’s song as its theme song, which was broadcast on the NHK BS Premium satellite channel, will now be rebroadcasted on the digital terrestrial channel, NHK General, starting today April 12 at 10PM.
The drama will air at 10PM every Thursday with the first episode being a special extended version running for 73 minutes.

This is the first album in two and a half years with all original material, following the “PAST<FUTURE” album which went No.1 in 5 different countries in Asia.

Namie’s new song “Damage” has been chosen as the theme song for the movie “Fly with the Gold” starring Satoshi Tsumabuki, which will be in theaters nationwide starting on November 3 (Sat), 2012!!
The director of the movie, Kazuyuki Izutu explained that the movie was about “men who are fighting for their lives” and thus wanted a deeply emotional female voice that was just as strong.
